Warranty and Returns

Surveillance Products: 

In order to qualify for a return, refund or an exchange please contact us. All refunds and exchanges must be preprocessed. Our quality control is a key ingredient to customer satisfaction and we test all of our products. Ultimately our client satisfaction is our priority.
 

Self Defense Products: 

Must be 18yrs and older to purchase. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

All of our stun guns have lifetime warranties

Return Policy:  

Special orders, including hidden cameras, surveillance equipment and other hi-tech products may NOT be canceled. Returns for product that is damaged in shipment* will be accepted ONLY after preauthorization. All returns must be in original package. Replacement product, credits, or refunds will be made at our discretion.  

CHARGES FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Warranty: 

Most of our products have a 90 day warranty. Please contact for specific warranty information per product. Provided no misuse or alteration to product has occured we will replace or repair at our discretion.
